Ingredients  

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 banana ripened
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1 scoop pea protein powder
  • 1 tbsp flax meal

Instructions 

  • Put all ingredients inside a blender. Blend ingredients for 1 minute or until smooth.
